Things I follow consistently (when life is stable):
- No phone in bathroom
- Meditate sometimes
- Exercise minimum 5 times a week
- Prep healthy weekly meals
- Take vitamin D daily
- Red light for phone at night
- Read books
- Consistent morning and night skincare
- Floss
Things I try to follow:
- No phone in bed
- Sleep at the same time every day
- Wake up at the same time every day
- Morning sunlight after waking up
- Morning activity: run, walk, or jump rope
- Weekly mobility stretches
- Take multi-vitamin daily
- Protein at every meal
- Hang out with friends once a month
- Drink minimum 60oz of water daily
- Wind down at 10pm
- Cardio once a week
- Consistent hair care
- Limit screentime
