Oh, your body does change in your 30s.
I never thought it would happen to me, this thing called aging. In my 20’s, I just never thought about it. It didn’t happen overnight. It happened slowly through my 30s, always sneaking up on me.

Here are some of the changes I noticed. These are personal to me but maybe you can relate.
I don't feel fine after drinking alcohol anymore. Not even a small amount!
My stomach became more sensitive. It was like, hellooo Christine, I can’t take that much junk food anymore.
My spice tolerance went down. As a person who could've handled any spice levels, this is embarrassing.
Oh, that's why older people eat salads at restaurants.
Sun damage is real. It really is.
All nighters? It feels and looks like I'm dying the next day now.
Why is my body making so much noise when I just simply move?
Your face does actually change. It's alarming.
I don't remember the last time I woke up feeling refreshed. Is that an aging thing or a bad habit thing?
People start assuming you're a mom. Is that something that only happens to women or do men experience it also?
The judgement about your appearance doesn't stop no matter how old you are. In fact, it gets worse. How annoying.
I have to wear makeup now to not look tired? No thanks. * Continues with life just looking tired everyday
I actually have to work on my cardio now. No longer can I run a mile easily after not running for months.
30s is ancient to teenagers, and they will let you know. It's okay. I remember at 18, I thought 30 was old. The teenagers insulting you will realize it one day also and you can laugh at them 20 years from now.
Wait, I have autoimmune issues now?!
Turning your body or head a certain way can cause random spasms or you randomly choke on water more. Really inconvenient.
There are a lot of great things also! But this is just me venting about things that I'm sure people in their 30s told me about when I was younger and I just never listened.
Yes, your body and face does change.
